You can’t think straight if you can’t pay your bills. Getting you out of living paycheck to paycheck once and for all. Not enough people walk thru your door. Let’s fix that first.

Does the phone ring and no one answers? Are people not showing up to work? Do you just know you could be making more money? In this step we’ll streamline operations. We get all the mismatched people off the bus. We move people to the proper seat on the bus where they can succeed and shine. We set systems up to train your people, measure their work and catch them doing stuff right.

Your team and you. Are you being as productive as you want to be or need to be? How Can you continue to innovate and impress those you are doing business with? Spoiler alert: continuing education is not the answer.

How would it feel to have a one year marketing plan in place? We complete an inventory of your internal and external marketing.

Public Relations

Are you visible in your community? Are you visible in your industry? Visibility creates clients and new employees. How are you showing up?

Sales

Are you at 75% capacity or more? Do you offer add on sales? What do you offer as retail sales? Are you or any of your staff Approved Providers of Continuing Education? Would you like to be? In our Sales Module we look at adding one or more revenue streams that don’t rely on massage services or classes.

What is your exit strategy? Are you funding your retirement? Do you have something to sell, something to leverage or could you continue to get a paycheck without actually being there? In this module we’ll explore the long term plan

Three months together, one area of business.

Minimum commitment is 90 days. All programs include two 90 min calls per month. Option to do Zoom, video calls and record those to keep. With 3 months there are 6 calls and the focus is on resolving one key challenge.

Six months together, turning the corner with help.

Each program has two 90 minute calls per month. So what’s the catch? Shocker, if you commit to longer the cost is less per month. Calls can be recorded and video conferencing is preferred. Reminder, Jodi only works with 3 clients at a time and has a running wait list. 

 

Twelve months of coaching. Measurable results.
